ABP is recruiting a skilled butcher for our Kingswinford site. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 4:00 pm, with potential for additional hours as needed. You will work in the butchery team to plan orders, bone and trim products to spec, and maximise yield while ensuring safety and quality are met.
Applicants should have experience in food production, knife skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. On-site block tests and interviews will assess practical skills.
