ABP UK is seeking a detail‑oriented and data‑driven Indirect Procurement Analyst to support the procurement function across key indirect categories including non‑meat ingredients, PPE, laundry services, and utilities. This role will be instrumental in collating, analysing, and presenting procurement data to drive strategic decision‑making and cost efficiencies. Key Responsibilities
- Collate & present procurement data across indirect spend categories.
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track spend, supplier performance, and savings opportunities.
- Interpret supplier data and purchasing trends to support strategic procurement direction.
- Support tender processes and contract management activities.
- Monitor market trends and pricing fluctuations to inform procurement strategy.
- Generate regular reports on spend analysis, compliance, and supplier KPIs.
- Provide ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and cost‑saving projects.
- Collaborate with finance and operational teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment.
- Identify opportunities to streamline data collection and reporting processes.
