Gamechanger Farming is seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the Gamechanger team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate data flow, reporting and continuous improvement across different departments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Log and maintain weekly procurement activity records.
- Use AgriWebb to log directs and ensure data accuracy.
- Support procurement-related projects and wider supply chain growth initiatives.
- Assist with service queries.
Data & Systems Management
- Organise and maintain the supplier database to improve visibility and reporting.
- Feed accurate information into contact lists and regional operational files.
- Support the team with data entry and system updates.
- Explore and implement new ways to drive efficiencies across procurement processes.
Insights Reporting
- Compile and present customer feedback insights.
