We are looking for motivated and reliable Warehouse Operatives to join our busy production team at our Langport site. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in delivering high standards of work. Transport required due to our rural location. The Role
As a Warehouse Operative working in the Box Chill, you will play a key role in ensuring customer orders are prepared accurately and efficiently. Working within a chilled warehouse environment, you will be responsible for palletising products to customer specifications while maintaining quality, safety and productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Stacking trays onto pallets in line with customer requirements
- Handling and lifting trays weighing up to 22kg
- Working efficiently within a fast-paced chilled environment
- Following all health and safety procedures at all times
- Supporting general warehouse and production activities as required

Schedule: Day Shift Schedule Shift Hours: 06:00 - finish
Rolling Rest Day: One weekday off, rotating Monday through Friday
Example Rotation:
- Week 1: Monday - Rest Day
- Week 2: Tuesday - Rest Day
- Week 4: Thursday - Rest Day
- Week 5: Friday - Rest Day
Full training will be provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are more important than experience.
