Overview
adherence to quality, HSE, animal welfare, food safety, hygiene, ethical, product labelling and handling processes. Follow traceability process and ensure product and labelling integrity at all times. Drive and deliver necessary processing efficiency through consistent and correct equipment operation.
Hours of work: The position will be Monday to Friday working 06:00 – 15:30/16:30 (flexibility is required). Your own transport is required or the ability to be on site early.
Experience
- Food Industry experience would be ideal/an advantage
- Experience of packing in a food production environment, with meat advantageous
- A strong team player with an eye for detail and the knowledge to communicate any problems or issues to Management as they arise

Role Description
We are currently recruiting for Meat Packers based at our Kingswinford site. As a Meat Packer you will be working within the production room weighing and packing cuts of meat and ensuring all products are processed in accordance with the required specification and order requirements of our customers. You will also be required to adhere to and uphold all health and safety guidelines and work in accordance with food hygiene regulations and Company policies and procedures. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to work additional hours when required to meet customer demand in the preparation of a fresh product. Duties Include:
- Prepare and pack lamb products to standard defined for relevant stage in production process.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and food hygiene regulations; follow company policies and procedures.
- Maintain traceability and ensure product and labelling integrity at all times.
- Communicate any problems or issues to Management as they arise.
