About The Role
Are you passionate about data, digital innovation, and driving change? Join our dynamic Digital Transformation Team as a Data Analyst Apprentice, where you\\\’ll play a key role in shaping the future of how we work.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tactical application development, business engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives, while working towards a nationally recognised Level 4 Data Analyst Apprenticeship.

What You\\\’ll Do
- Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business challenges and identify opportunities for data-driven solutions
- Supporting the development of tactical digital applications, automations and integrations using modern platforms, coding and APIs
- Experimenting with new technologies and ways of working
- Gathering, analysing, and interpreting data to inform decision-making and improve operational efficiency
- Assisting in the design and delivery of dashboards, reports, and visualisations that drive insight and engagement
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects by identifying trends, inefficiencies, and areas for innovation
- Learning and applying data analysis techniques including statistical methods, data modelling, and data cleansing
Who We\\\’re Looking For
- A curious and analytical mindset with a passion for digital technology
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach
- Comfortable working with data and technology (no need to be an expert yet)
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths, and ideally A-levels or equivalent qualifications (IT related would be a bonus)
- Eligibility to complete a Level 4 Apprenticeship in IT
