Role definition
To support the Canteen Supervisor in canteen provision to support staff welfare.
Responsibilities
- Carry out instruction of canteen supervisor
- Ensure food safety is maintained at all times
- Assist with food preparation, cooking and serving food to staff
- Ensure all food is handled and served correctly
- Carry out cleaning duties of the kitchen, canteen and surrounding areas as required, ensuring cleaning is carried out in accordance with food safety requirements
- Support the Canteen supervisor in managing resources efficiently so as to minimise waste and to adhere to organisation's green objectives
Knowledge and Experience
The ideal candidate will wish to work in a food provision and fast paced customer services environment. The candidate should have good interpersonal skills and ability to multi-task.

Day Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
