Job Description
- Foster a safety-first mindset striving for continuous improvement on Olleco’s journey to zero.
- Lead and manage day-to-day operations at our state-of-the-art processing facility.
- Oversee the processing of Used Cooking Oil into a feed for biofuels.
- Manage maintenance on the plant to minimise plant breakdowns and downtime.
- Ensure the legal and ethical compliance obligations of the plant exceed industry standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and wider stakeholders to drive efficiency and excellence.
- Controlling costs and maximising performance of the P&L
- Site based – Monday to Friday
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management or related roles.
- Ideally holding a WAMITAB qualification
- Formal health and safety qualifications; such as NEBOSH General Certificate
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on safety and sustainability.
- Ability to build and motivate teams.
- Good technical knowledge within the context of a production facility.
- Demonstratable experience ofeffectively managing projects, improvement processes and change.
- Experience managing a budget or P&L
