The job
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an ECM System Administrator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and supporting IBM’s enterprise content management (ECM) platforms, including IBM Content Manager (ICM), IBM Content Manager OnDemand (CMOD), and IBM FileNet.
Main responsibilities
- Install, configure, and manage IBM ECM platforms (ICM, CMOD, FileNet)
- Perform regular upgrades, patches, and maintenance to ensure optimal system performance
- Troubleshoot complex system issues and provide support to clients
- Collaborate with DB2, WebSphere, and integration teams to ensure seamless system functionality
- Document system environments and procedures to maintain clear and accurate records
Must Haves
- Hands-on experience with IBM Content Manager, CMOD or FileNet
- Knowledge of DB2 and WebSphere Application Server
- Solid troubleshooting and support skills
- Experience in enterprise IT environments (Linux/Windows)
- Good communication & teamwork abilities
- You should be based in one of the following locations: Portugal, Ireland, the UK, Israel, or Denmark.

- Experience with HA setups or container platforms (e.g., Docker, OpenShift)
