Overview

aboveTM is a new UK-based operator expanding in the VLJ charter market and managed aircraft space. Born from the acquisition of its Phenom 100 and Alto Aerospace Ltd, we are currently recruiting type-rated Captains and First Officers for our Embraer Phenom 100 operation. Role responsibilities

  • Operate as Captain or First Officer on the Embraer Phenom 100, ensuring safe, compliant flights under applicable UK CAA regulations.
  • Execute thorough flight preparation, performance and fuel planning, and weight & balance.
  • Uphold SOPs, apply strong CRM, and support a calm, professional cockpit environment.
  • Deliver customer-focused service to all our clients.
  • Maintain readiness for recurrent training and checking, with a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Adapt confidently to dynamic schedules and varied destinations typical of private aviation.

Candidate specification (essential)

  • Captains: UK issued ATPL(A)
  • First Officers: UK issued ATPL(A) or CPL/IR
  • All: Current, valid Embraer Phenom 100 or 300 type rating
  • English Language Proficiency: Level 4 or higher
  • UK issued Class 1 flight crew medical certificate
  • Unrestricted right to live and work in the UK
  • Unrestricted passport enabling international travel
  • Full UK (or equivalent) driving licence

Experience guidelines

  • Captains: 2,000 hours total flying experience, 1,000 hours multi-engine, 500 hours on jet aircraft
  • First Officers: 1,000 hours total flying experience, 500 hours multi-engine, 200 hours on jet aircraft
