Overview: This is Above + Beyond! We provide and deliver unrivalled sports, VIP entertainment and hospitality to the most exciting events across the globe! From Royal Ascot to Monaco Grand Prix, the Orient Express to concerts & festivals and many more. We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Purchasing Assistant to support our purchasing and supplier management function. This role plays a key part in ensuring products and services are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with business requirements. You’ll work closely with operations and suppliers to help manage purchasing, track costs, and ensure smooth delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm availability, and track pricing
- Maintain accurate purchasing records, pricing, and supplier data
- Support cost control
- Assist with supplier negotiations and contract administration
- Work closely with internal teams to understand purchasing requirements
- Help identify opportunities to improve purchasing processes and efficiencies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and approval processes
- Opportunity for event hosting, acting as the main point of contact for clients at large-scale international events such as Grand Prix, horse racing, and luxury experiences.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
