The Financial Times is seeking a Contingent Worker Onboarding & Compliance Lead to design and implement a centralised onboarding/offboarding approach for contractors and non-permanent resources globally.

You will strengthen JML, vetting and access controls in partnership with Technology, Cyber Security and Finance.

This hands-on role balances robust controls with business needs, delivering clear governance, documentation and scalable processes beyond a 9-month FTC.
