As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will play a high-ownership role in shaping SCAYLE’s go-to-market strategy, messaging, and enablement as part of the core Product Marketing team. You will translate complex platform and product capabilities into clear, compelling value for enterprise customers and work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive consistent GTM execution and successful product adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Own messaging, positioning, and narratives for defined product and solution areas, translating technical platform capabilities into clear enterprise value.
  • Develop and maintain GTM-ready assets to ensure consistent message adoption across Sales, Marketing, and partner teams.
  • Plan and execute product and feature launches, including audience definition, messaging, GTM assets, and enablement.
  • Build and maintain sales and partner enablement, including toolkits, training, competitive insights, and deal support.
  • Own the customer value narrative for regular releases and coordinate cross-functional launch campaigns.
  • Own competitive and market intelligence, including competitor analysis, battlecards, market trends, and strategic GTM insights.
  • Support strategic sales initiatives by shaping first-call narratives, value propositions, and enterprise-ready positioning.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in product marketing, marketing, or product roles.
  • Strong understanding of B2B SaaS marketing and enterprise audiences.
  • Experience supporting complex sales cycles and enterprise go-to-market strategies.
  • Proven ability to develop sharp messaging, storytelling, and enablement materials.
  • Comfort working with technical concepts and translating platform capabilities into customer value.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform GTM decisions and measure impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • High initiative, hands‑on mentality, and comfort working in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
