We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and integration of enterprise cloud infrastructure and ServiceNow environments. In this role, you will bridge cloud automation with ServiceNow ITSM/ITOM modules, ensuring scalable cloud provisioning, robust MID Server architecture, seamless API integrations, and optimal configuration of ServiceNow workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy multi-cloud infrastructure environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible.
  • Architect scalable compute, storage, and networking layers across major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Automate continuous integration, deployment pipelines, and cloud resource provisioning workflows.
  • Ensure infrastructure meets corporate security baseline standards, compliance policies, and performance benchmarks.

ServiceNow Installation & Configuration

  • Lead the technical design, deployment, and configuration of ServiceNow instances (ITSM, ITOM, Cloud Provisioning & Governance).
  • Configure MID Servers, Discovery, Service Mapping, and CMDB populations across cloud environments.
  • Develop custom workflows, Scripted REST APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and business rules within ServiceNow.
  • Oversee instance cloning, upgrade management, release management, and platform performance tuning.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or Lead Systems Engineer.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified System Administrator (CSA) with proven hands-on experience installing, configuring, and extending ServiceNow platforms.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: Proven expertise provisioning cloud environments in AWS, Azure, or GCP using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep).
  • Integration Skills: Technical proficiency in REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, OAuth, and IntegrationHub.
  • Scripting: Hands‑on experience with JavaScript (ServiceNow API), Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent industry experience.
