Cache Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Hours: Part-time
Contract: Long-term opportunity, with the potential to become permanent
We are looking for a dedicated CACHE Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner to join a nursery setting in the Tonbridge area on a part-time basis.
The Role
You will play an important role in providing a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment where children can learn, play and develop.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting children's learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.
- Following the EYFS framework to support children's progress.
- Creating a warm, inclusive and welcoming environment.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
- Supporting children's personal, social and emotional development.
- Ensuring safeguarding, health and safety procedures are followed.
- Contributing to observations, assessments and children's developmental records.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a CACHE Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
- Has experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Has a genuine passion for supporting children's development.
- Has good communication and teamwork skills.
- Is reliable, enthusiastic and proactive.
- Has a good understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
