Preschool Manager Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the preschool
- Leading and supporting staff within the setting
- Ensuring the setting remains compliant with EYFS and safeguarding requirements
- Maintaining high standards of childcare, learning, and development
- Supporting children's learning through a safe and nurturing environment
- Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and outside professionals
- Managing planning, observations, and general administration
Requirements:
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years
- Minimum 2 years' leadership or management experience within a nursery or preschool setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
