Do you love working with children and want to make a difference in their early years?
Thrive Education is looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable individuals to join our Early Years team, supporting some fantastic nurseries and pre-schools across Stroud, Dursley and the surrounding areas.
You don't need a childcare qualification to apply!
We're looking for people who have experience working with children and a genuine passion for helping little ones learn, grow and develop.
Whether your experience comes from working in nurseries, schools, after-school clubs, holiday camps, sports coaching or other childcare environments, we'd love to hear from you!
What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience working with children.
- A positive, enthusiastic and nurturing personality.
- Confidence supporting children through play and everyday activities.
- Reliability and a willingness to get stuck in!
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- An enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one.
Level 2 or Level 3 childcare qualifications are welcome but NOT essential.
