Your new company

We work with a range of nurseries in the Stafford area that are looking for both qualified and unqualified nursery staff to support them on a week to week basis. These roles are flexible and able to suit you and your working needs, whether it be a couple of days a week or up to 5. If you have weekly changing availability, that is no problem, these roles are flexible to suit you.

Your new role

As a nursery assistant, you may be working with a number of nurseries and schools across various areas in the Stafford and Staffordshire area. The jobs we offer will require you to have previous relevant experience. We can offer you day to day positions and short-term contracts as well as long-term positions which can last more than a term and could lead to permanent employment.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Be willing to go through our standard vetting checks as well as an enhanced DBS
  • Be able to work a variety of shift patterns, hours on available days can be anywhere between 7.30am-6pm and could be from 4 hours up to 10 hours
  • Have recent relevant childcare experience that you are able to provide references for
  • Have a flexible approach and can do attitude and be reliable
  • Ideally hold a qualification in childcare, however this is not essential
