This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced and dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join a nurturing environment where children are encouraged to explore, thrive, and grow.

About the Role

As an Early Years Teaching Assistant in the Pre‑School room, you will play a vital role in the early development of young learners, helping to lay the foundation for their educational journey. Working full‑time, Monday to Friday, you will provide exceptional care and support to children under 3, ensuring a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the EYFS curriculum by delivering engaging and age‑appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
  • Creating a nurturing, welcoming, and safe environment where children can build their confidence and independence.
  • Assisting with day‑to‑day routines, including meal times, personal care, and outdoor activities.
  • Observing and assessing children’s progress, maintaining accurate records, and providing feedback to parents and carers.
  • Collaborating with the wider early years and school staff to deliver a seamless learning experience.
  • Ensuring all safeguarding and health and safety protocols are followed at all times.

  • A Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent).
