Location: Rotherham, South Yorkshire
Contract: Temporary, ongoing flexible supply
Pay: £130 - £190 per day (paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

About the Role
As an Early Years Supply Teacher in Rotherham, you will deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate lessons within Nursery and Reception settings. You will play a key role in supporting children aged 3-5 as they develop essential early learning skills, confidence and independence within a safe and nurturing environment.
To work within Nursery or Preschool settings, Early Years Supply Teacher Status (EYTS) is typically required. To teach Reception within a primary school, Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning in line with the EYFS framework.
- Support children's social, emotional and communication development.
- Monitor and record progress using EYFS assessment methods.
- Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with Early Years staff and parents.
- Follow safeguarding and welfare policies at all times.
Candidate Requirements
- EYTS or QTS (Early Years specialism desirable).
- Recent experience within Nursery or Reception settings.
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum.
- Caring, patient and enthusiastic approach.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
