To provide high-quality care, learning, and development opportunities for children aged 0–5 years in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. The Level 3 Nursery Practitioner will support children's emotional, social, physical, and intellectual development in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a safe, caring, and welcoming environment for all children.
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.
  • Observe, assess, and record children's progress in line with EYFS requirements.
  • Act as a key person for a group of children, building strong relationships with children and their families.
  • Support children's personal, social, emotional, and educational development.
