An opportunity to join specialist residential services supporting young people within therapeutic and mental health-focused environments. The homes support young people stepping down from secure and hospital settings and provide structured support within solo placement homes.

Requirements

  • Level 3 or Level 4 qualification
  • Previous residential childcare or support experience
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Understanding of safeguarding and person-centred support

Desirable

  • Mental health experience
  • Complex behaviour experience
  • Therapeutic or trauma-informed practice exposure

Shift Information

  • 7:00am – 7:15pm
  • 7:00pm – 7:15am
  • Combination of waking nights and sleep-ins
  • Consistent rota planning
