Northridge Group is recruiting for a Team Leader / Senior Residential Support Worker to lead shifts in children’s homes, supporting staff and delivering trauma-informed, person-centred care for young people with EBD, LD and complex needs in Preston area.
This role offers up to £38,500 per annum, a 39.2-hour week, and a 5 week rolling rota. It includes a two-week onsite induction and comprehensive safeguarding checks to ensure high-quality care from day one.
