Northridge Care Group is recruiting for Residential Childcare Workers to join our children’s homes in Preston and surrounding areas.

You will provide consistent, high-quality support to young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties, learning disabilities, autism and other complex needs.

This role offers up to £35,500 per annum, 39.2 hours per week, a 5-week rolling rota (2 days on, 3 days off) and 12 sleep-ins per month (£55 per sleep-in).
