Salary: £14.00 per hour

Part-Time | Term-Time Only

Working Hours:

  • Tuesday: 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
  • Thursday: 9:00 am – 2:30 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am – 3:45 pm

Preschool Manager Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the preschool
  • Leading and supporting staff within the setting
  • Ensuring the setting remains compliant with EYFS and safeguarding requirements
  • Maintaining high standards of childcare, learning, and development
  • Supporting children's learning through a safe and nurturing environment
  • Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and outside professionals
  • Managing planning, observations, and general administration

Requirements:

  • Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years
  • Minimum 2 years' leadership or management experience within a nursery or preschool setting
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and early education
