EYFS Learning and Care
- A Level 3 Early Years Practitioner would organise stimulating play experiences that encourage vocabulary, curiosity and early number understanding.
- The Level 3 Early Years Practitioner could support children's personal, social and emotional development through responsive interactions and predictable routines.
- As a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, you would contribute appropriate observations and share developmental next steps with the EYFS team.
- A successful Level 3 Early Years Practitioner would encourage outdoor movement, fine motor skills and independence with age-appropriate activities.
- Assist with snacks, hygiene and personal care where appropriate, always following safeguarding and wellbeing procedures.
What We're Looking For in a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
- A recognised Level 3 Childcare or Early Years qualification is essential for a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner.
- Experience in a nursery, preschool or school-based EYFS setting.
- Sound knowledge of the EYFS, learning through play and children's developmental stages.
- Warm communication, dependable teamwork and a commitment to safeguarding.
