We are looking for a fully qualified Nursery Nurse / Early Years Practitioner to take a key role in delivering high-quality early childhood education. You will be responsible for a key group of children, implementing the EYFS curriculum, and building strong partnerships with parents and multi-disciplinary teams to support child development.
Responsibilities:- Acting as a dedicated Key Worker, tracking, assessing, and reporting on the developmental milestones of your group.
- Designing and leading educational, stimulating activities tailored to individual child needs under the EYFS.
- Ensuring the highest standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and care are met at all times.
- Working collaboratively with the nursery management team to maintain an outstanding learning environment.
- Must hold a valid Level 3 or higher Early Years Educator qualification (Cache Level 3, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).
- Proven experience working as a Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, or Room Leader.
- Comprehensive, hands-on knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
- Strong leadership abilities and exceptional communication skills.
