We are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Nursery Manager to join a well-established nursery in South West London. With responsibility across two settings, the successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Early Years and play a key role in staff recruitment, rota management, safeguarding, planning, and building strong relationships with parents to ensure the highest standards of care and learning for every child. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Nursery Manager who thrives in a hands-on leadership role and is ready to make a real impact within a supportive and forward-thinking nursery environment.

Leadership & Culture

  • Lead, inspire, and motivate a large multi-room team to deliver excellence across all areas of the nursery.
  • Create a positive, collaborative culture that supports wellbeing and encourages continuous improvement.
  • Coach and mentor Deputy Managers, Room Leaders, and key staff, helping them develop into confident leaders of their own teams.
  • Champion inclusion and diversity throughout the nursery community.

This is a full-time position, and applicants must hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification or above, along with proven nursery leadership experience and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding early years provision.
