Randstad is currently seeking dedicated Residential Childcare Workers to join our team, supporting various children's residential homes across Tyne and Wear (including Newcastle, Gateshead, and Sunderland). - Maintaining accurate daily logs and reports.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Experience: Previous experience in a residential childcare or a similar support setting is essential.
- Resilience: An empathetic nature with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with both children and professional teams.
- Compliance: You must be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or have one on the updated service) and provide full employment references.
