About the Role: As a Level 3 Nursery Assistant, you will support the delivery of high-quality early years provision in line with the EYFS framework. You'll help create a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can learn through play and develop key social, emotional, and developmental skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework.
  • Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities alongside the room leader and team.
  • Observe, assess, and contribute to children's learning records.
  • Promote children's independence, confidence, and well-being.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ensure safeguarding, health, and safety policies are followed at all times.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years, Childcare, or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply.
