Nursery Assistant (Full-Time) – Location: Lutterworth, Leicestershire – Salary: £100 - £105 per day – Start Date: September – Contract Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday)

Aspire People are proud to be recruiting on behalf of one of our trusted partner nursery settings in Lutterworth for a dedicated Nursery Assistant to join their team on a full‑time basis from September.

You'll become an important member of a friendly and supportive Early Years team, helping children learn, play, and develop in a safe and nurturing environment.

  • Your Responsibilities
  • Support children with their learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Assist in planning and delivering creative, age‑appropriate activities.
  • Encourage children's confidence, independence, and social skills through play‑based learning.
  • Help maintain a safe, caring, and stimulating nursery environment.
  • Support children with daily routines, including snack times, outdoor play, and personal care where required.
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.

About You

  • Experience working with young children in a nursery, preschool, school, or childcare setting is desirable.
  • A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare is beneficial but not essential.
  • A caring, patient, and enthusiastic approach to supporting children's development.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Reliable, organised, and committed to providing high‑quality care and education.
  • Available to work full‑time, Monday to Friday.
