The Role
- Support children throughout the school day, both in and out of the classroom.
- Deliver engaging one-to-one and small-group interventions.
- Assist with early phonics, reading, writing, maths, and creative learning activities.
- Encourage children's social, emotional, and personal development.
- Help create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
- Work closely with experienced teachers to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
