What You’ll Be Doing

As a Nursery School Teacher, you’ll take an active role in leading learning experiences, supporting children’s development, and ensuring every child feels secure, inspired, and cared for. You can expect to:

  • Deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with the EYFS framework
  • Work with toddlers or in the baby room
  • Create and lead creative activities that challenge and support each child’s development
  • Build strong relationships with parents and act as a key worker
  • Maintain accurate developmental records for your key children
  • Help ensure all safeguarding and welfare policies are followed
  • Support children’s communication skills in both German and English
We’d Love to Hear from You if You:
  • Hold a Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification or you speak German and are interested in working in child care
  • Have previous experience working with children, ideally in a nursery setting (e.g., as a nursery practitioner or nursery nurse)
  • Are passionate about child development, language learning, and outdoor play
  • Are comfortable working in a predominantly German-speaking environment
  • Are enthusiastic, proactive, and enjoy being part of a supportive team
