Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years practitioner looking for an immediate opportunity? An exceptional primary school in the vibrant community of Peckham is seeking a dedicated, CACHE Level 3 qualified Nursery Nurse to join their Early Years team. This is a full-time position starting immediately and running through to the end of the academic year. Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the class teacher in delivering high-quality, engaging EYFS curriculum activities.
  • Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for young learners.
  • Observing, assessing, and recording children's development and progress.
  • Managing classroom behaviour positively and encouraging independence.
  • Building strong, welcoming relationships with parents and carers.

What You Need to Apply

  • Qualification: A full and relevant CACHE Level 3 (or equivalent Early Years qualification).
  • DBS: Must hold a current Enhanced DBS certificate (ideally on the Update Service) to allow for an immediate start.
  • Availability: Immediate availability with no notice period, ready to start ASAP.
  • Experience: Prior experience working within an EYFS setting or a UK primary school classroom.
  • Attributes: Reliable, energetic, and deeply committed to maintaining 'Outstanding' standards of care and education.
