- Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
- Recent experience working in an Early Years or Nursery setting
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills

- Paediatric First Aid trained

- Supporting the learning and development of children aged 2-5
