We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our independent day nursery in Fulham, London, W4. Our nursery cares for children aged 3 months to 5 years and provides a safe, nurturing environment where every child is valued as an individual. We adapt to the interests and needs of the children in our care, ensuring they have every opportunity to grow, learn, and thrive in a happy and supportive setting. This Early Years Practitioner role offers flexible working options, making it ideal for both part-time and full-time candidates seeking a rewarding childcare position.
Salary: £13.00 – £15.00 per hour | Up to £35,100 per year (depending on qualifications, hours, and experience)
Hours: 36 or 45 hours | 4 or 5 days | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent | All year round

Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner:
- Build positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
- Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s development
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a high-quality environment
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children
- Support key children and their families in line with EYFS
About You:
- Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar childcare role
- Good understanding of EYFS and child development
- Confident in observations and planning for key children
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Clear DBS check and two satisfactory references required
- Eligible to work in the UK
