We are delighted to be recruiting for a permanent Early Years Practitioner position at a welcoming nursery in Chelsea. This is a fantastic opportunity for a caring and enthusiastic childcare professional who is looking to grow their career in a supportive early years setting. The role offers a salary of £28,000-£30,000 per year and is available to start as soon as possible. This full-time position is based in Chelsea and involves working 40 hours across 4 days per week, giving you an additional day off during the week.

You will be supporting children across the baby room and pre-school age groups, helping to provide a safe, nurturing and engaging environment where every child can thrive.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support the learning, development and wellbeing of children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment for babies and pre-school children.
  • Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
  • Assist with planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play.
  • Ensure high standards of care, safeguarding and health and safety are maintained at all times.
  • Work as part of a team to provide a warm, professional and child-centred experience for families.
About You

We welcome applications from candidates who hold a Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare. This role is especially well suited to a Level 2 practitioner who is motivated to progress, as full training and support will be provided to work towards a higher qualification.
