We are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate Childcare Tutors to work within an Alternative Provision setting in Leicester. The Role:
- Deliver engaging, tailored learning sessions to small groups or on a 1:1 basis
- Support students with social, emotional and behavioural needs
- Build positive relationships and encourage confidence and progression
- Work collaboratively with support staff and safeguarding teams
- Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment
We Are Looking For:
- Experience working with children or young people in education, childcare, youth work or support settings
- Tutors, Teaching Assistants, Childcare Practitioners or Support Workers welcome
- A patient, resilient and caring approach
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
