I'm currently supporting a fantastic organisation that is looking to bring on board two Early Years Practitioners to join their friendly and nurturing childcare team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children's development, working in a caring environment, and contributing to a high-quality early years setting.
What you'll be doing:
- Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
- Providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Supervising children during lunch cover and playtime
- Assisting with daily routines, activities, and care needs
- Working closely with team members to maintain a positive setting
- Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are met
What we're looking for:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
- Pediatric First Aid training (desirable)
- Previous experience working with young children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A caring, patient, and proactive approach
Location: Grimsby
Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 11:30am - 2:30pm)
