I'm currently supporting a fantastic organisation that is looking to bring on board two Early Years Practitioners to join their friendly and nurturing childcare team. This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about supporting young children's development, working in a caring environment, and contributing to a high-quality early years setting.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework
  • Providing a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Supervising children during lunch cover and playtime
  • Assisting with daily routines, activities, and care needs
  • Working closely with team members to maintain a positive setting
  • Ensuring safeguarding and health & safety standards are met

What we're looking for:

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years or Childcare (essential)
  • Pediatric First Aid training (desirable)
  • Previous experience working with young children
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A caring, patient, and proactive approach

Location: Grimsby

Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday - Friday, 11:30am - 2:30pm)
