We are looking for a Nursery Practitioner in our brand new business. This is a unique opportunity to work in a flagship nursery from the ground up, a new and flexible, pay-as-you-go childcare solution. We're a small, family-run business who prioritise our staff and our children in equal measure. Our mission is to be the highest quality and most flexible childcare provider in the UK (starting with our flagship site in the heart of Godalming). We are open Mon-Fri, 8am - 6pm.

Previous experience working with children in an educational setting (ideally as a nursery practitioner, nursery nurse, apprentice, or early years educator).

Relevant safeguarding/child protection training (desirable) and be willing to update that training regularly.

A genuine passion for education and changing the lives of children.

  • Strong knowledge of safeguarding, EYFS and child development
  • Ability to follow our daily routine and ensure smooth transitions from mealtimes to naptimes to playtimes.
  • Build strong, trusting relationships with parents.
