About our Nursery

Busy Bees Quedgeley, rated Good by Ofsted, is a purpose-built nursery located in the Quedgeley area of Gloucester, with a capacity of 105 children. We provide a nurturing environment designed to support children’s growth and development. Role Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
  • Take on the role of Key Person, fostering partnerships with children and their families.
  • Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.

Required Qualifications

  • Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
  • Experience working with children under 5.
  • Empathy and understanding - each child is unique.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
