Key Responsibilities

Support the daily care, learning and development of children in the nursery.

Assist with engaging activities that encourage creativity, play and early learning.

Help maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment.

Support children's personal care needs, including mealtimes and hygiene routines.

Work collaboratively with nursery staff to ensure children's wellbeing and safety.

Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies at all times.
Requirements

A genuine passion for working with young children.

A caring, patient and positive attitude.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Reliability, flexibility and a proactive approach.

An understanding of safeguarding and child welfare.

Previous childcare experience or a relevant qualification is desirable but not essential for all placements.

Willingness to complete the necessary compliance checks, including an enhanced DBS check.
