About Early Years Ltd. is seeking a Nursery Manager in Poulton-le-Fylde to lead a dedicated team of childcare professionals. The role includes managing day-to-day nursery operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted, and creating a nurturing environment for children.

With strong support from leadership, the ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification and a current Paediatric First Aid certificate. A minimum of two years in a leadership role is essential.

Full-time Monday to Friday position with accompanying responsibilities.
