What We're Looking For:

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
  • Recent experience working in an Early Years or Nursery setting
  • A genuine passion for working with young children
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
  • Paediatric First Aid trained

Your Role:

  • Supporting the learning and development of children aged 2-5
  • Creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment
  • Working closely with class teachers and support staff
  • Helping children reach key developmental milestones
  • Ensuring safeguarding and welfare standards are upheld at all times
