We are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join our independent day nursery in Fulham, London, W4. Our nursery cares for children aged 3 months to 5 years and provides a safe, nurturing environment where every child is valued as an individual. Responsibilities of the Early Years Practitioner

  • Build positive relationships with parents, children, and colleagues
  • Plan and deliver engaging activities that support children’s development
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to maintain a high-quality environment
  • Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of all children
  • Support key children and their families in line with EYFS

About You

  • Minimum Level 2 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
  • Previous experience as a Nursery Practitioner or similar childcare role
  • Good understanding of EYFS and child development
  • Confident in observations and planning for key children
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Clear DBS check and two satisfactory references required
  • Eligible to work in the UK
