Are you a caring and enthusiastic Early Years professional looking to make a meaningful impact? We're supporting nurseries and early years settings across Cheltenham with staffing cover on a long-term basis. This role would start as soon as possible and run until the end of the academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to build relationships, support young children's development, and gain experience across a variety of welcoming early years settings, with the potential to secure long-term or permanent opportunities in the future.

The Role

This is a term-time only, temporary role. You will be supporting the development, learning, and care of children in an early years setting. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment, assisting with activities, and supporting children's social and emotional development.

What We're Looking For

  • Have experience working with children within the last 5 years.
  • Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or Level 3 desirable).
  • Have a good understanding of the EYFS framework.
  • Are patient, caring, and able to build strong relationships with young children and colleagues.
  • Are committed to supporting children's early development and learning journey.

Location & Start Date

Based in Cheltenham or surrounding areas. ASAP start.
