Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and surrounding areas
Pay: £90–£100 per day
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
Are you a caring and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner looking for your next opportunity? We are currently recruiting passionate Level 3 qualified practitioners to support children across a range of educational settings across Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
- Previous experience working with young children within a nursery, school or childcare setting
- A valid First Aid qualification is desirable
- Enhanced DBS on the update service is desirable
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging small-group intervention and catch-up sessions
- Provide tailored one-to-one support for pupils where required
- Support teachers in the classroom to help all pupils, including those with SEN, access learning and make progress
- Supervise pupils during break and lunchtime duties when needed
- Build positive relationships with staff, pupils and parents/carers to maintain excellent communication and support

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position and, in some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
