We're looking for an experienced and passionate

Senior Early Years Educator (Room Leader) to join a welcoming nursery team where children are supported to learn, grow, and thrive through play‑based learning.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Early Years Practitioner who is ready to develop their leadership skills while continuing to make a real difference in children's lives every day.

The Role

As a Senior Early Years Educator, you'll play a vital role in providing outstanding care and learning experiences while supporting and guiding your team.

You will work closely with other Room Leaders and the management team to ensure the smooth running of the nursery, helping to create a safe, engaging, and inspiring environment for every child.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high‑quality care and learning experiences
  • Lead and support a team of Early Years Educators
  • Create engaging and stimulating learning environments
  • Identify opportunities to improve practice and outcomes
  • Support children's individual development journeys
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and management
  • Promote a positive and inclusive nursery culture

What We're Looking For

  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
  • Experience as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, or Nursery Nurse
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • A positive, proactive approach to leadership
  • A genuine passion for supporting children's development
