Abound Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to assist an adult individual in Mount Union, PA. This position focuses on providing homemaker and chore services that will help create a safer, cleaner, and more organized living environment.

What You'll Do
- Perform deep cleaning throughout the home
- Assist with decluttering and organizing living spaces
- Help improve household safety by removing unnecessary clutter and hazards
- Complete household chores such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Assist with laundry and general household upkeep as needed
- Organize common living areas, bedrooms, kitchen spaces, and storage areas
- Support the individual in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment
- Communicate with Abound Health team members regarding progress and ongoing needs
- Complete required documentation and service notes

Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
- Ability to perform cleaning, organizing, and household maintenance tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
- Ability to lift and move household items as needed
- Previous homemaker, housekeeping, caregiving, cleaning, or direct support experience is preferred but not required—paid training is provided

- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Consistent daytime hours
Pay & Signing Bonus
- Starting Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour
- Signing Bonus: $1,000 paid in 3 installments when averaging full-time hours
