Abound Health is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to assist an adult individual in Mount Union, PA. This position focuses on providing homemaker and chore services that will help create a safer, cleaner, and more organized living environment.

What You'll Do

  • Perform deep cleaning throughout the home
  • Assist with decluttering and organizing living spaces
  • Help improve household safety by removing unnecessary clutter and hazards
  • Complete household chores such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Assist with laundry and general household upkeep as needed
  • Organize common living areas, bedrooms, kitchen spaces, and storage areas
  • Support the individual in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment
  • Communicate with Abound Health team members regarding progress and ongoing needs
  • Complete required documentation and service notes

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass criminal record, driving record, and healthcare registry checks
  • Ability to perform cleaning, organizing, and household maintenance tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to lift and move household items as needed
  • Previous homemaker, housekeeping, caregiving, cleaning, or direct support experience is preferred but not required—paid training is provided

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Consistent daytime hours

Pay & Signing Bonus

  • Starting Pay: $17.00–$20.00/hour
  • Signing Bonus: $1,000 paid in 3 installments when averaging full-time hours
