We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager to work in our busy kitchen and serve customers in central London. The role is full‑time, Monday to Friday, with an expected 45 hours per week. Salary is £32,000 – £35,000 per annum plus performance‑related bonus. The position offers monthly salary payment, 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), and discounts on company meals.

Responsibilities

  • Work in the kitchen to prepare and serve a variety of meals.
  • Meet operational KPIs and ensure a high standard of service.
  • Support the General Manager in day‑to‑day operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 12 months experience as a General Manager or Assistant Manager in a similar environment.
  • Strong leadership and team‑player skills.
  • Good financial and operational KPI awareness.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, reliability and punctuality.
